I’ve loved every minute of my placement at Durham Sixth Form Centre and because of the quality of my mentors, the facilities and the resources, I feel I’ve developed into a confident teacher. Every staff member is friendly and helpful, making the experience a comfortable and enjoyable one. In particular, my mentor has been an inspiration to me and my progress through offering endless support, constant feedback and methodical teaching strategies on a regular basis. I genuinely feel I could go to her, and others, with any issue. An amazing experience that I’ve gained such a great deal from.
