My time at DSFC has been incredibly valuable, facilitating my growth as an effective teacher and exemplary professional. I have to give a lot of credit to Mrs Atkinson as she has been an incredible role model and professional friend during this time, pushing me to get better each day. The sport department has also played a huge role in my development. Clear trust was placed in me from the very start of my training, giving me the confidence to thrive in my new profession. Their feedback and support has helped to develop my love for teaching and the foundations for my teaching career will be based on their qualities. During my trainee year I have developed as an individual for the better, for this I will forever be grateful to the people who supported me.
