Leavers Ball 2025

Our Year 13 students of 2025 marked the end of their journey at Durham Sixth Form Centre in style at the Leavers’ Ball, held at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Durham.

The event was a fantastic celebration, bringing together current Year 13 students along with members of the wider pastoral support team, as well as other staff – all there to share in the joy and mark this important milestone.

With music pumping and the dance floor buzzing, the night was filled with laughter, dancing, and unforgettable memories. A live DJ and disco kept the party going well into the night, while the photobooth proved a hit with students capturing fun snapshots and memories with friends. A delicious hot buffet ensured everyone was well fed and fuelled for more dancing.

The event was a fitting send-off for an incredible cohort of students who have shown resilience, ambition, and community spirit throughout their time here. The evening was not just a goodbye, but a celebration of everything they’ve achieved and all that lies ahead.
