I am delighted to report that students at Durham Sixth Form Centre are celebrating success today following the publication of A-Level results, marking yet another year of excellent academic and personal achievements. 

This has been another very strange year for us all. 

Our students, once again, have worked incredibly hard in extraordinary circumstances. We should all celebrate the success and achievements of not only our students but students nationally this year as they have demonstrated real grit with their studies against changing goal posts. 

I am incredibly proud of our students, their teachers and all of our support staff who have shown true resilience, commitment and loyalty.  I wish our students every success and happiness for their futures and would like to say an enormous thank you to colleagues at Durham Sixth Form Centre and beyond. 

The successes of our students has enabled them to take up their places at university, including some of the top universities and medical schools and higher-level apprenticeships.
